On Sunday, 4 August 2024, the founders of Humanitarian and Developmental Relief Coalition Foundation (FRD) convened a meeting chaired by the Foundation’s President, Mr. Dawood Alwah. The meeting reviewed the financial and administrative reports covering the period from January to July 2024, highlighting key achievements and challenges that were successfully addressed through the collective efforts and dedication of the Foundation’s members.

The discussions focused on strengthening transparency and accountability, improving resource management, and enhancing the effectiveness of the Foundation’s humanitarian and development interventions to better serve vulnerable communities.

During the meeting, a new Executive Board, Board of Trustees, and Oversight Committee were elected to ensure the continuity of the Foundation’s work in line with the highest standards of governance, quality, and transparency. The newly appointed leadership is as follows:

Mr. Bassam Al-Jabarti – President of the Foundation

Mr. Nabil Mohammed Saif – Secretary General

Mr. Mohammed Taher Al-Alyi – Finance Officer
