The Humanitarian and Developmental Relief Coalition Foundation (FRD), in partnership with Hetteen Foundation, implemented the Winter Relief Project, which aims to meet the basic needs of individuals and families living in difficult conditions during the winter season. Food baskets were distributed to provide essential nutrition, along with clothing to ensure warmth and protection from the severe cold.
