The Coalition Foundation for Humanitarian and Development Relief announces a vacancy for the position of Programs and Projects Manager to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all humanitarian and development projects and programs implemented by the organization.
- Develop program implementation plans and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the organization and partners.
- Develop proposals for new projects and secure necessary funding.
- Coordinate with donors and partners to ensure efficient and effective program implementation.
- Supervise the team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality project execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project and program management, preferably in NGOs or humanitarian relief.
- Proficiency in preparing financial and administrative reports, with strong analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop teams.
- Intermediate level in English, with strong reading and writing skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and donors.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Good knowledge of office software and project management tools.
- Full commitment to the principles and ethics of humanitarian work.
