Mr. Bassam Al-Jabrti, Executive Director of F.R.D., held the fourth periodic meeting for 2024 with the foundation’s departments to review key achievements and projects implemented during the previous period, as well as to discuss the foundation’s future plans.

During the meeting, progress against approved plans was reviewed, and a detailed presentation was delivered highlighting the most significant projects and programs implemented in the fields of humanitarian relief and development, alongside efforts undertaken to enhance the quality of services provided.

The meeting also addressed the challenges and constraints faced by the foundation during this period, with discussions focusing on practical solutions to overcome them and improve institutional performance moving forward. In addition, participants reviewed ongoing preparations for the upcoming Eid al-Adha season, including planning for several humanitarian initiatives, most notably the distribution of sacrificial meat to needy families, the Eid clothing project, and other activities aimed at supporting poor and vulnerable groups within the community.

The Executive Director emphasized the importance of continuous engagement with local communities and the strengthening of strategic partnerships to achieve the foundation’s goals. He also expressed his appreciation for the dedication and efforts of the staff in carrying out their responsibilities.
