The Coalition Foundation for Humanitarian and Development Relief announces a vacancy for the position of Programs and Projects Manager to join its team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all humanitarian and development projects and programs implemented by the organization.
  • Develop program implementation plans and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the organization and partners.
  • Develop proposals for new projects and secure necessary funding.
  • Coordinate with donors and partners to ensure efficient and effective program implementation.
  • Supervise the team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality project execution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in project and program management, preferably in NGOs or humanitarian relief.
  3. Proficiency in preparing financial and administrative reports, with strong analytical skills.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop teams.
  5. Intermediate level in English, with strong reading and writing skills.
  6. Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with partners and donors.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  8. Good knowledge of office software and project management tools.
  9. Full commitment to the principles and ethics of humanitarian work.
